UNLEAVENED BREAD RECIPE - ANGEL BISCUITS |
ANGEL BISCUITS
5 c. sifted whole-wheat flour
3 T. honey
2 c. milk or water
1 t. salt
2/3 c. oil
Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add oil, milk and honey. Work dough only until well moistened.
Shape in flat biscuits and fry in greased griddle or skillet over med-low heat. Brown on both sides.
May cover and refrigerate to use as needed.
