UNLEAVENED BREAD RECIPE - CHOCOLATE KISS COOKIES |
CHOCOLATE KISS COOKIES
1 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
.1 pkg. (9 oz) milk-chocolate kisses
In large bowl cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add flour and walnuts and beat on low speed until thoroughly mixed.
Cover and chill. Meanwhile unwrap chocolate kisses.
Shape a scant tablespoon of the dough around each kiss, making sure to cover each completely. Roll between your palms to form a ball.
Place well apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 until bottom edges are golden and cookies look set, 10 to 12 min. Cool Slightly.
