UNLEAVENED BREAD RECIPE - COTTAGE CHEESE ROLLS


 

    COTTAGE CHEESE ROLLS

 

        1 c. butter, softened

        2 c. cottage cheese

        1 c. unbleached flour

        1 c. whole-wheat flour

        ½ t. salt

 

        Cream butter, then stir in cottage cheese. Add dry ingredients. Chill dough 3 hours in fridge or freezer 1 hour.

        Make into crescent rolls. Bake 350 F 30-35 min.

 

        Toppings:

        Cinnamon and sugar, Parmesan and garlic, marinara and cheese.
