UNLEAVENED BREAD RECIPE - FUDGY BROWNIE |
FUDGY BROWNIE
3/4 c. baking cocoa
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 t. salt
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. flour
1 t. vanilla
1. Stir cocoa, salt and, 1/3 c oil in a mixing bowl
2. Add boiling water, stir until thickening
3. Stir in sugar, eggs and remaining 1/3 c oil. Stir until smooth
4. Add flour, vanilla and blend completely
5. Pour into lightly greased 13x9 pan or 2-8x8 square pans
Bake at 350F for 25-30 min.
