UNLEAVENED BREAD RECIPE - LEMON DESSERT |
Lemon Dessert
First layer:
2 C all-purpose flour 2–8oz cream cheese
1 C butter 1 C icing sugar
1 C pecans (finely chopped) 1 C whipping cream
Second layer:
2–8oz cream cheese
1 C icing sugar
1 C whipping cream
Third layer:
2 lemon puddings
Fourth layer:
2 lemon puddings 2 C whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar
1tsp vanilla
First layer
Mix flour and nuts and butter. Press into 9 x 13 pan
Bake at 350 F for 15 min. (Until slightly golden.)
Second layer:
Beat cheese and icing sugar.
Separately beat whipping cream until stiff.
Fold together and spread over cooled crust.
Third layer:
Prepare as on package.
Spread over second layer.
Fourth layer:
Beat whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff.
Spread over the lemon layer.
Garnish with pecans or slivered almonds.
Definitely not diet but YUM!!!
