UNLEAVENED BREAD RECIPE - PASSOVER BREAD


        PASSOVER BREAD

        (One forth of original recipe used in WCG)

 

        1 C Flour

        ¼ tsp + dash of salt

        ¾ T Butter

        ½ T Olive Oil

        ¼ C Water

 

        Add salt to flour, cut butter into flour until size of peas.

        Add oil and water and mix until dough comes away from side of bowl into a ball.

        Knead on lightly floured board 1 minute to form a smooth ball. Roll thin on

        floured board. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Prick dough with tines of fork.

        Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
