UNLEAVENED BREAD RECIPE - SCRUMPTIOUS BROWNIES |
SCRUMPTIOUS BROWNIES
1 c. butter
5 eggs
3 c. sugar
1½ c. flour
1 pkg. (8 squares) Baker’s Unsweetened Chocolate
1 T. vanilla
2 c. chopped walnuts
Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over very low heat. Stirring constantly.
Cool slightly. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl on high speed for 10 min.
Beat in chocolate mixture on low speed. Add flour beating just to blend. Stir in nuts.
Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 375 F for 35-40 minutes or until cake tester
inserted into center comes out almost clean. (Do not over bake) Cool in pan, then cut into squares.
