UNLEAVENED BREAD RECIPE - STRAWBERRY DESSERT CREPES


    STRAWBERRY DESSERT CREPES

 

        1 c. flour

        1 1/2 c. milk

        2 eggs

        1 T. oil

        1/4 t. salt

   

        Mix together. Slightly grease crepe pan, pour in batter and swirl. Cook until set, flip and cook other side. Makes 10-12

 

        Filling

        3 c. strawberries

        1/3 c.

        1 c. cottage cheese

        1 c. sour cream

        1/2 t. powdered sugar

 

        Cut strawberries, add sugar and set aside. a blender, whip cottage cheese till smooth, stir in sour cream and powdered sugar, blend.

        Fold in strawberries. Fill crepes, roll up and top with remaining strawberries and cream.
