UNLEAVENED BREAD RECIPE - THIN SWEDISH PANCAKES |
THIN SWEDISH PANCAKES
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
3 T. melted butter or oil
Mix until smooth. Pour by tablespoon on griddle. Bake until brown. Turning once.
Serve with jam or fresh fruit, or spread with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll and eat.
