UNLEAVENED BREAD RECIPE - UNLEAVENED BREAD (3) |
UNLEAVENED BREAD
3 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
1/2 c. corn starch
4 T. vegetable oil
3 T. butter
1 ½ t. salt
1 c. water
Shake water and oil together. Mix ingredients into a stiff dough. Knead until smooth.
Divide the lump into 8 pieces. Roll each out very thin. Cut into strips and bake until light brown on edges in 400 oven about 12 min.
