UNLEAVENED BREAD RECIPE - WHOLE WHEAT ROLLS |
WHOLE WHEAT ROLLS
2 c. whole-wheat flour
1 t. salt
1 T. sugar
Mix in large bowl. In small saucepan bring to boil 1 cup water and ½ cup oil.
Pour over flour and still until all flour is moist. Add 4 eggs, one at a time. By tablespoon put on cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake at 425 F for 15 min and 350 F for 15-20 min.
(makes 24 rolls)
